Use Google Drive on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod

It's very easy to access your GDrive from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod. Here's how you set it up in 2 easy steps:

Step 1: Download the Google Drive app from the app store and install it on your device. Here’s what it looks like:

Step 2: Configure Google Drive
Note: You only have to do this ONCE. You will not have to sign in continuously every time you open the app.

a. Open the Google Drive app on your device and click “Get Started.” Here’s what it looks like:

b. You will be prompted to sign in on a typical Google screen. On this screen, enter your full CCID name@ualberta.ca email address but leave the password box empty and then click the blue “Sign in” button.  It will look like this:

c. You will be redirected to the standard  University of Alberta CCID login screen. Enter your CCID and Password and then click the “Log in” button at the bottom. It will look like this:

This will take you straight back to the Google Drive where you can now access all of the documents, spreadsheets, etc. that you keep on your drive AND what has been shared with you. It will look like this:
